Good to know
Whole house, fenced yard + garage — very private. Crown Point Jewell at Mission Bay has an open floorpan with flowing indoor and outdoor spaces. A/C with zones. Parking for one car in garage, +gated outside parking, washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi. This is a whole house on a corner lot, enclosed backyard with artificial turf lawn in the back and natural grass in front. There is a white picket fence that surrounds the front of the property. Inside there is a large great room with a comfy sectional leather sofa, 65" Roku TV and an open dining area that seats eight, this room connects to the backyard through double doors. The kitchen features a counter that seats 2, all new appliances in 2023 -- including a quiet Bosch dishwasher, new Cafe gas cook range and a new Cafe microwave that includes an air fryer. Bikes Qty 5 x 26” Adult Taxi Beach Cruisers with step thru frames (rider height = around 5’ and above, 10 and 11 year kids have used these bikes to over 6’ adults) Qty 1 x 24” Kids Beach Cruiser (rider height = around 52” and above / 8 to 9 year use) + Wagon and Two Kids Scooters Each bedroom has its own temperature control Bedroom 1: King + Bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen + TV Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds (4 twin beds) Outside: BBQ + Dining area Beach amenities: Canopy (10x10 ), Chairs, Wagon, Coolers, Games, Kids Toys Bonus: Wi-Fi connected printer
Other Details to Note
The house has strict no-party rules and the quiet hours of the house are 10pm to 7am. Primary guest must be 25 or older. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Upon request, guests must present a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes. If available, early check-in or late check-out is available for 1/2 days stays. Please request this in advance of your stay. No pets allowed. While we love animals, pets are not allowed at this property. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is not respected. No smoking. While we want all guests to enjoy a fresh environment, smoking or creating lingering odors (such as cigars, incense) is not allowed inside the house. Up to a $500 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is not respected. Any smoke odor detected inside will be considered evidence of smoking indoors, regardless of intent. This will result in a rule violation and an extra cleaning fee.

Location
It's easy to get around Crown Point and the local beach towns by car but it traffic does get congested on a beautiful day so enjoy your private garage and plenty of street parking in Crown Point, you can use the walk/run across the neighbor or use the beach paths to access the sand, nearby playgrounds and local shops/restaurant/corner stores.
